• What if I don't like your offer?

  No problem! You can decline any offer with no obligation. We'll ship your device back to you for free.

• Do you buy broken phones?

  Absolutely! Broken screens, water damage, won't turn on - we buy it all. Even broken devices have value for parts and materials.

• How fast do I get paid?

  You can choose PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or direct bank deposit. Payment is issued within 1–2 business days after inspection.

• Do you offer pickup services?

  Currently we use free shipping with prepaid labels. For large quantities (10+ devices), contact us at (800) 229-7146 to discuss pickup options.

• How long is my quote valid?

  All quotes are locked in for 14 days from the time you accept them. This gives you plenty of time to ship your device without worrying about price changes.

• Can I sell multiple devices at once?

  Absolutely! You can get quotes for multiple devices and ship them all together. Each device is evaluated individually, and you'll receive separate payments for each.

• What happens to devices that can't be refurbished?

  Devices that can't be refurbished are responsibly recycled through our R2v3 certified processes. Valuable materials like gold, silver, and rare earth elements are recovered, while toxic materials are safely disposed of according to environmental regulations.
